            2. New Updates on Policy for PrintBase/PrintHub sellers

ShopBase/PrintBase would like to keep you informed of some recent information on Policy for PrintBase & PrintHub’s sellers. Details are listed below: 

  • Update information on PrintBase Seller’s policy in section 1.2 regarding cases in which order profit is deducted

“The Buyer has completed their order on the Checkout page but the order’s payment transaction is unsuccessful.”

Note: Order profit will not be deducted if the payment transaction fails due to the system errors

  • Update information on PrintHub Seller’s policy in section 2.5 regarding Claims

“If a dispute is opened because the order has not been delivered and the processing or shipping time has exceeded the committed time in PrintHub’s policy, the seller needs to provide dispute evidence and due date to PrintHub. Then, PrintHub will offer the best solution to support the Seller. If the Seller follows the solution but loses the dispute, PrintHub will refund the order value (including the base cost and shipping fees) and the dispute fee to the Seller.”

      3. New Updates on Policy for PrintBase buyers

To help Buyers fully understand the policy while shopping at PrintBase stores, we have made certain revisions for the Refund Policy, mainly about the Claim handling process and the Disclaimer section. Please refer to Refund Policy for more information
